About this service
STRIDE is a full-time attendance program for male high-risk youth who are required, as a term of their probation order, to complete treatment at Prince George Youth Forensic Services. STRIDE provides service for up to six youth at any one time in a network of family care therapeutic beds in the community of Prince George. The length of stay is usually ten months but may be longer depending upon progress in treatment.
Who can use it?
Referrals to STRIDE may be made by Youth Probation Officers throughout the province.
