About this service
Community Inclusion provides skill-building for adults 19 years and older, in a community setting. This program offers both one-on-one support, and group activities. These can take place in your home or in a variety of community settings. We support you in: Setting goals Building relationships Maintaining a healthy lifestyle to support your independence This program is accessible 7 days a week, with flexible hours to meet your needs. Funding is required for one-on-one support. People without funding may participate in some group activities.
