About this service
Hope for Freedom Outreach and Advocacy (HFFOA) consists of a homelessness outreach team that meets people where they are to both prevent and address homelessness. Services include meeting basic needs like socks and showers, assistance to and from doctor appointments, mental health, addiction, and/or housing advocacy.
Outreach is available Monday through Friday or by appointment to support unsheltered or at-risk persons in the Tri-Cities. Housing subsidy assistance is available for short-term support to prevent housing loss or lower the threshold to housing.
