About this service
R.I.S.E releasing and integrating strong emotions the rise program works with the pathways addiction resource centre. Self-refer to our free 6 week program. The objective of this program is to assist people who identify as male, who have difficulty dealing with strong emotions, such as anger. This program also assists those who feel overwhelmed by emotion, who want to release these big feelings. The program is in a small group setting with experienced facilitators. The facilitators will explore with the participants why these feelings are rising up and how they can use them as positive tools in their lives.

People who identify as male, who have difficulty dealing with strong emotions, such as anger.
