About this service
The family support department focuses on the family as a whole and is most often the initial contact for centre services. Family support workers document current and presenting concerns as well as developmental and family history. They provide an introduction and orientation to the services and assist families to complete required paperwork. We offer these services: referral follow-up and services coordinationcoordination of multidisciplinary team assessments, group parenting programs, in-home practical parenting support, information regarding community resources, advocacy.
