About this organization

The therapeutic methods I use support improved connection with others while also increasing personal and interpersonal insight that promotes understanding and compassion for ourselves and for others. With a balance of empathy and straightforwardness, people seeking out relational counselling as a couple or family can feel confident and comfortable to discuss concerns openly within the safe environment that I create.

I have the skills and training to customize tools to meet the specific needs of the individual, couple or family. We can choose from a variety of therapy interventions from creative and expressive strategies to more cognitive-behavioural, talk therapy techniques. I am comfortable with people of all genders, sexual orientations, faiths and backgrounds.
