About this organization

We are the ONLY 24 Hour Emergency Veterinary Hospital for the Okanagan Valley.

We are fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays.

In some cases, our animal patients are referred to us by regular daytime veterinary hospitals during the hours they are closed.

Additionally, a pet with particularly serious problems may be referred to us directly from a family veterinarian during the day in anticipation of the need for 24-hour monitoring. In either case, we keep in close touch with your veterinarian, who will provide the required follow-up care.

Medical records, including diagnostic materials such as radiographs, are shared so all the patient's caregivers can follow the progress of the case.

However, you do NOT need a referral from another hospital. If you have an emergency at any hour of the day, please call us immediately.
