About this service
Healthy teeth, gums and periodontal tissue are esssential for a long healthy life.
Infection and inflammation of these tissues can lead to serious issues affecting the heart, liver, kidneys and immune system.
We provide thorough dental examinations, scaling, subgingival curretage, root planning, polishing, gingival and
periodontal surgery to provide thorough and encompassing dental health care.
Without proper dental care over 80% of dogs and 70% of cats show painful signs of dental disease by age 3!
However, pets are very stoic and it is up to us to recognize the signs of dental disease:
-drooling
-bleeding gums
-chewing on one side of the mouth
-bad breath
-reluctance to eat
Your dog or cat's teeth require cleaning, just like your own! Taking care of their oral health can prevent other disease processes from starting.
