New Virtual Services During The Time Of The COVID-19 Pandemic
Virtual Seniors Connect Caf
- A weekly virtual Seniors Connect Caf event every Thursday morning at 10:00am via group telephone conferencing.
- A weekly virtual Seniors Connect Caf event every Tuesday evening at 7:00pm via zoom.
One-on-one support and social interaction for all older adults, including those living with serious illness or frailty:
- Daily short check-in calls.
- One-on-one telephone support.
- A weekly friendly telephone call.
Support for caregivers of older adults:
- One-on-one telephone support.
- Peer facilitated informal caregiver group interaction for mutual support and encouragement, via conference telephone call or zoom.
- The Peer Facilitated Family Caregiver Support Group project is partially funded with a United Way of the Lower Mainland grant. Please see our News page.
