About this organization

CNHPS is a non-profit that offers support to seniors and neighbourhoods. Our vision is that no older adult should feel isolated, lonely, or unsupported in their community. We serve seniors by connecting them to community resources. Where we offer health services information, our volunteers have a health professional background. Our "Seniors' Connect Caf" facilitates social opportunities and offers resource education. Our "Intergenerational Program" brings young people and seniors together to build community resilience. Through our one-on-one support program and Caregiver Support Group, we offer support to older adults and their families as they face serious illness or frailty. Lastly, our "Neighbourhood Connectors" program supports individuals as they connect with their neighbours to strengthen neighbourhood connections and support networks.

All services are free of charge.
