We appreciate that counselling can be difficult, and possibly even scary, which is why our offices have been designed to be more home-like and comfortable.

Provide effective counselling services based upon industry standards and client needs. Our therapists are trained in various methods such as: Gottman Couples Counselling, EMDR, DBT, CBT, Hypnonsis, and Play Therapy. We have Registered Psychologists and Registered Provisional Psychologists which are all licensed and have the ability to provide receipts to assist in the reimbursement of your health coverage.
