About this service
The Outreach Program serves adults of all genders who have been impacted by or are experiencing abuse in their family, friend or intimate partner relationships. The program offers three months of goal identified supports: safety strategies, initial and ongoing abuse assessments as needed, information on abuse and violence, supportive listening, self-esteem strategies, the importance of Honoring Resistance and advocate assistance in finding and maintaining community resources.
Outreach Services partners with Sagesse to provide Finding Our Voices peer support group, twice a calendar year and other community agencies to provide public awareness and education about healthy relationships and the prevention of violence and abuse.

Outreach Program is open 9 am - 5 pm, Monday Through Friday.
