About this organization

COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to Covid-19 most of our staff will work from home. This will increase safety, reduce the spread of the virus and enable us to continue serving young people. If you need advocacy services call us toll-free at 800-661-3446 or email ca.information@ocya.alberta.ca.

One of the main ways that people start receiving services from Peak is by being eligible for PDD (Persons with Developmental Disabilities) funding. PDD services are provided by service providers in the community. PDD service providers are agencies that specialize in helping people with disabilities. PDD gives these agencies money to pay for the staff supports that individuals need. Services provided by an agency are part of an individualized service plan.
