In a relaxing residential program that offers each individual a private single room, iRecover Alberta drug addiction treatment center and alcohol rehab program provides tablet computers to all its clients as a means of equipping them with educational materials, workbooks and videos needed in recovery. The tablet computer also serves as an aftercare tool after completing their treatment program.
In a gradual transformation from its origin, iRecover Alberta has taken full advantage of buildings surrounded by farmland to create a hotel-like drug addiction help center where participants are likely to notice deer scampering through the surrounding acreage or hear cows mooing as they graze in the neighbouring meadows. Participants meet together for classroom experiences and group therapies during the day, and they take part in communal meals. The iRecover Alberta main building has 27 rooms on one side and 5 detox rooms in another area.
