Rupertsland Institute (RLI) offers Employment Services to support Metis individuals in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment. The services are provided under the Metis Education Training Information Services program. Trained advisors operate through office locations and Mobile Employment units across the province. Alongside individual support, RLI runs group-training projects to equip Metis people with skills for targeted labour market areas. The institute offers various programs, including the Employment Partnership program, Youth Summer Employment program, Entrepreneurial Development program, Employment Supports program, and Disability program. These programs are designed to provide work experience, entrepreneurial assistance, employment tools, and supportive services for individuals with disabilities.
