The Employment Partnership Program is offered by Rupertsland Institute as part of the Metis Education Training Information Services (Metis) initiative. The program assists Metis individuals in gaining valuable work experience and on-the-job training with a designated employer in their chosen field of work. In addition, RLI also offers employment support in other categories such as job assistance, funded training, and employment information. The services and assistance are provided by trained Metis advisors from RLI office locations and Mobile Employment units across the province.
