About this organization

Since our incorporation in 1956, Signature has been a non-profit registered charity, organized and governed largely by parents of people with disabilities and interested community members. Swan Industries, Recycle Plus - Container (Bottle Depot), and Plus II are businesses the Society operates to help meet different parts of our goal. What We Do: We employ over 190 people and provide services to over 100 people! We provide Residential Services support to persons with developmental disabilities in a variety of residential settings. We also provide Day Programs for clients with a wide range of developmental disabilities, including employment programs, leisure activities, and health and wellness training. All services meet or exceed Creating Excellence Together (CET) Standards for Alberta.
