About this service
At Terra, we know that all fathers are important in the lives of their children.
Thats why we offer the only fathering program in the region that is specifically designed for young fathers.
Services for Young Dads is accessible for dads 24 years old or younger, as well as their children and families who live in Edmonton. This includes: teen dads who are in a relationship with the mother of the child, dads who are not in a relationship with the mother of their child, dads seeking legal access to their child, single-parenting dads, and young men that are in the role of a dad but not the biological father of the child.
We serve approximately 50 young fathers and their children each year and work with them to achieve their goals.
