The manor was sponsored by the Royal Canadian Legion #15 Branch, Cochrane and Alberta Housing. This project was funded by the Heritage Fund. Legion West Heritage Society was the management body operating Evergreen Manor until it transferred to Rocky View Foundation January 1, 2017.
The Cochrane Legion has generously supported Evergreen Manor through the years with purchase of furniture and equipment, and support for tenant social activities.
Manor services and amenities include:
