About this service
Chestermere Health Centre - Well Child Services which is part of Alberta Health Services, provides appointments for routine vaccination and comprehensive health services for infants aged 2 months up to preschool children. This includes health education, promotion, support for parents and health screenings to identify health concerns. Information and referrals to community services are also provided. This service is available for families with children aged 2 months to 5 years of age requiring routine well child appointments. Booking for immunization appointments can be made by dialing 811 Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The staff includes public health nurses and it is one of the 20 Community Health Centers (8 urban, 12 rural) across Calgary Zone.
