Youth Transition to Adulthood (YTA) supports youth in developing the skills and competencies to live successfully and intra-dependently in the community.
Specific services provided include:
- Provision of safe and stable housing
- Support to maintain personal safety
- Support to engage in school, education and/or employment
- Connection to mental health and addiction supports
- Connection to physical health supports
- Support to develop life skills and living skills
- Support to build positive connection with family and natural supports
- Support to connect with community resources
- Support to connect with cultural and spiritual supports
