About this service
URSAs Childrens home focuses on medically complex and fragile children and youth. This dedicated service was created for the delicate and unique needs of children with disabilities. URSA specializes in care for children and young adults with varying levels of need, whether this be complex medical needs, or extenuating circumstances in a childs life that leave them with no safe home. We have achieved this goal by providing a rapid response to referrals, facilitating several meetings with management along with the LPNs and families while continuing to have a strong ability to gather knowledge and information to provide these children with the highest level of care to suit their unique and individual needs.
One of our spaces is designated specifically for childrens respite. The intent of this space is to provide out of home respite for medically fragile children.
