About this service
A new adventure. The first few years of a child's life and lay the foundation for your lifelong relationship. They are exciting, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming and challenging years as you create a new family dynamic, learn to be a parent, and go on a hugely steep learning curve.
Families Matter is here!
We have resource centres for play and friendship, special infant drop in groups to meet other moms with young babies, in home support, and excellent programming to help parents understand the ages and stages of healthy development with children and what that means in terms of their behaviour.
Investing in learning about your children, taking care of your own needs, and investing in parenting education through your time will help insure that you have the foundation of respectful communication and discipline as you travel through all the transitions in your parenting journey.
