About this service
We are a counselling agency serving individuals, couples and families. We offer services in Spanish and English.
My mission is to help you live your life with awareness and a clear understanding of your needs and goals.
I do not believe in the 'one size fits all' kind of approach to therapy. I believe that each client can benefit from different therapeutic approaches, depending on the presenting problems that bring them to meet a counsellor and where they are in their lives. This is why I tailor the work that I do to fit the needs of the client.
I use:
- Transactional Analysis (TA),
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR),
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT),
- Narrative Therapy,
- Gestalt, and Reality Therapy (RT)
- and Gottman method when working with couples counselling.
We work through different presenting problems such as:
- depression,
- anxiety,
- relationship issues,
- career changes,
- parenting,
- overall life dissatisfaction,
- and much more.
