About this service
LDAY offers a variety of ongoing support to adults with ADHD. These supports include:
- ADHD coaching
- Development of support strategies
- Time management skills
- Organization skills
- Develop self-awareness skills
- Life skills, decision making, and achievement of goals.
We also work with employers to support employees with ADHD.
The process starts with an intake appointment. From there the Adult Client Facilitator works with you to develop and implement a plan to support your employment/career goals.
