About this service
At Challenge, we work with community members who, because of a disability, diagnosed, or not, require supports to find a job and work towards independence and autonomy in their lives. We work with the Income Support Unit, Department of Health and Social Services, of Yukon Government to provide support to consumers through three core services:
- Job Coaching
- Employer Supports
- Community Inclusion Support
Referral for services through Case Management Services with:
- Employment Training Services,
- Skookum Jim Friendship Centre,
- First Nations
- Mental Wellness and Substance Use Services
