Street Outreach

EGADZ Street Outreach takes to the streets seven nights a week providing emergency services. STREET OUTREACH HOURS Monday to Friday, 9:30AM-1PM Saturdays and Sundays, 5PM-1AM REFERRALS For support and access to the Street Outreach Services please call 306-221-3719. SERVICES INCLUDE: Immediate assistance with nutrition, first aid, winter gear & emergency housing. Clothing. Condoms. Personal hygiene supplies. Referrals & support for emergency housing, detox, mental health. Emergency baby supplies including formula and diapers. One-on-one counselling. During the day, Street Outreach connects with clients providing follow-up assistance with advocacy, justice support, housing, education, appointments and crisis counselling. Street Outreach also connects with youth in the afternoons at schools and parks providing fruit and safety information and awareness. Outreach provides Violent Offender Sheets, which allows you to report bad experiences with a bad date, predator on the street, or on the net. This can include; physical or mental harm, abandonment, acts against your will or any other experience that left you feeling harmed. The you, the person providing the information, will remain anonymous and can help warn others . EGADZ Street Outreach provides support and services to those who are at-risk or who are already living at-risk lifestyles. The program is available 7 evenings per week from 5:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Monday to Friday, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The Outreach also connects with youth during day streets, after school and at parks providing fruit and safety information and awareness. Anyone in need of emergency support or long term services is encouraged to reach out and contact the program through phone or internet. You can also flag the van down when you see them out.
