SSCV - St. Ann's Place Apartments

St. Anns Place is an independent, seniors apartment building that consists of 61 unfurnished, one bedroom suites, equipped with individual thermostat control, air-conditioning, fridge and stove. Included in the rental amount is one nutritious (supper) meal prepared by our in house cooks and served nightly in the main floor dining room. Maintenance and repair of the buildings and fixtures is supplied by the Corporations staff. Tenants are responsible for the maintenance and repair of personal property. Rental Rates: Rates are set by the Board of Directors annually, based on a break-even policy calculated to cover the operating and mortgage payment costs. $1,475 per month Single occupancy(April/2022) $1,925 per month Double occupancy(April/2022) *All utilities are included in the monthly rate. Telephone, cable TV, and internet are the responsibility of the tenant.
