About this service
This program provides well maintained, affordable housing for individuals requiring wheelchair accessibility. The Saskatoon Housing Authority offers a combination of housing and services to help individuals maintain independent living.
Who can use it?
Designed for low income households. Rents are calculated based on a household's gross monthly income. Rent is 30% of lease household income*, which is consistent with the cmhc national affordability standard for housing. Priority is given to applicants with greatest need based on income, current shelter costs, current housing conditions, and whether current housing conditions aggravate a health problem or are unsuitable because of a disability. Income and asset limits apply. Security deposits are required.
