Residential Retreat

The Residential Retreat gives youth a safe space to work on their mental health and addictions issues while building important development skills and maintaining consistency within their community. The Retreat is an opportunity to support young women between the ages of 12 to 18 with high Mental Health and Addictions needs. It gives the youth a chance to focus on safety and build important development skills (e.g., selfregulation, coping strategies). With staffs open and empathetic approach, they provide the youth with relationship building skills and access to specialized services to reduce self-harming behavior and Mental Health incidents. The Retreat provides youth with a safe space to work on their Mental Health and Addictions while maintaining consistency within their community. REFERRALS ARE ACCEPTED BY Ministry of Social Services and Mobile Crisis. Saskatchewan Health Authority. Other EGADZ programs and services. Community agencies. Community members. Police and other emergency services. Self-referrals. Each referral is reviewed and assessed for immediate risk and needs of the youth.
