12 Step Recovery Group

We meet Monday evenings at 7:00pm from September to June. BREAKING the Bondage of Addiction or Other Spiritual Strongholds. Isaiah 40:31 BREAKING FREE offers support for addiction problems, emotional struggles, losses or any other struggles which one might be experiencing. Confidentiality is encouraged. Christian 12 step group STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The BREAKING FREE Twelve Step group is a Christian Twelve Step group for men and women who have been affected either directly or indirectly, by different addictions or lifestyle problems. We believe that as we look to a loving God for help, put our trust in Jesus Christ for victory, and put into practice those principles for living which He has given in His Word, we shall find both the strength and the freedom for living happy and productive lives. We stronlgy believe that our Higher Power is Jesus Christ, our Savior, Lord and Healer. It is our fervent prayer that He will become yours as well. This spiritual connection can be made as we will explore, discuss, and listen with an open-mind to the various topics and discussions given in each meeting. While we do believe that Jesus is the Christ, the resurrected and living Son of God, we hold no corgorate view concerning denominational preference. THE SUPPORT GROUP IS OPEN TO ANYONE SEEKING SUPPORT. We practice the suggested Twelve Steps of recovery used by Alocoholics Anonymous and other Twelve Step groups. We use the Twelve Steps because we believe these steps are the practical application of the life-changing princles which are so clearly set forth in the Scriptures.
