About this service
The Lighthouse Supported Living Inc. partners with the John Howard Society to provide an opportunity to work off fines through community service. Please follow the instructions on your traffic ticket to receive your Notice of Fine from the Court. Fine Option hours can be completed in any of the following areas: Kitchen (Food Services): assist with food prep, cleaning, dish washing, serving meals. Hour options are any time from 7:00 AM 5:30 PM daily Janitorial Services: work alongside a Lighthouse janitorial staff member assisting with cleaning inside & outside of the building. Hours are available any time from 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday Friday Donations/Folding Laundry: sorting & folding Lighthouse clothing donations, restocking donation areas, folding laundry/bedding, assembling hygiene packs, etc. Hours can be completed any time from 7:00 AM 7:00 PM. Note: All fine option hours are done in staff areas working alongside Lighthouse staff members.
