About this service
Join the Self-Advocacy Movement. Building Leaders. Creating Capacity. Our various Self-Advocacy groups and events are designed to aid individuals with intellectual disabilities in becoming advocates for themselves and for others. Through participation in retreats, seminars, workshops, and info sessions, individuals with intellectual disabilities learn the basics of what it means to be a leader in their community. I Can. You Can. We Can. Inclusion SK's Self-Advocate Group Inclusion Saskatchewan's flagship Self-Advocacy program is the Individual and Collective Advocacy Network. Through this program, individuals with intellectual disabilities come together to develop leadership skills, talk about their lives, challenge barriers in their communities, and improve awareness of disability issues. This group holds many events throughout the year including regular retreats.
