If you struggle with addiction, we have addiction counsellors on staff who know the techniques, medications, and strategies you need to help you break the cycle of addiction. It is never a quick and easy solution, but through willingness and hard work, you can recover from alcohol, drug, or gambling addictions. One key to recovery is to avoid triggersdont have alcohol or drugs in the house, stay away from people who use these substances, and stay away from casinos and online gambling sites. Our counsellors will help you find a positive alternative to these activities that will help you rather than harm you.
