About this service
Mens Support Group (Virtual and In-Person) We are a group of men looking to break the stigma of mens mental health. Together we want to listen, understand, validate, respect and honor one another. Together we can learn to stop hiding in the shadows and create a positive atmosphere where vulnerability is not only welcomed but encouraged. We are a diverse group of men from all walks of life. We come from different ethnicities, religious groups, races and creeds. We want to provide a space where men can overcome the shame, and be welcomed to be vulnerable and accepted to cope with environmental factors and the lack of resources men face in regards to mental health. We wish to unravel the stigma surrounding mens mental health.
