The business has grown from its original two small cleaning contracts into the thriving business we are today as a result of satisfied customers. We dont say the job is good until our customer says the job is good. As a result our business has grown exponentially, based on solid customer referrals and an excellent reputation. We strive to stay current with cleaning products and procedures with the use of certified Green products, to meet the highest standards including LEED certified building properties. Our management team takes great pride in working side by side with our staff to ensure customer satisfaction and quality control, while constantly refreshing our staff with all the necessary training (WHIMIS, OH&S, Operator Certification, etc.) for the safe and thorough performance of their duties. All of our staff are required to have annual Criminal Record Checks, to ensure the safety of our customers and their workplace. We hire people from all walks of life to include visible minorities, regardless of gender, nationality and religious affiliation. Where possible, we also place workers from Saskatchewan Abilities Council where suitable opportunities are available. We have back up staff trained and familiarized for all of our contract work and all staff are made familiar with all properties for procedures to be followed in event of an emergency. Erical Cleaning Service Ltd. is extremely involved in the community as well. We fully sponsor both a Junior and Senior Ladies Division 2 Fastball Team and host an annual sanctioned tournament, with all costs covered by the company. In addition the company is a large sponsor and major contributor to both the S.S.P.C.A and the local S.P.C.A. a relationship that has spanned many years.
