About this service
In Fall 2018, UR Pride introduced an initiative called the Colourful Campus House program for queer, trans, intersex and allied students. This program allows 2SLGBTQIA+ students to apply for student housing that falls under a GSD Living-Learning Community with Housing Services at the University of Regina.
The University of Regina has allocated two six-bedroom apartment-style residences in the newly renovated College West building to UR Pride Centres Colourful Campus House initiative. In partnership with the University, were confident these residences will feel like home for 2SLGBTQIAP+, and allied students at the University of Regina.
In addition to offering students the opportunity to apply for one of the 12 vacancies, the University of Regina is also encouraging 2SLGBTQIAP+ and allied students to apply for a housing award to help subsidize the cost of living on campus.
