About this service
SaskAbilities operates two homes in Moose Jaw that provide supported living services to individuals experiencing disability. Relevant and responsive, decision-making is placed in the hands of the individuals who are served. Individuals and their family/support team are engaged in the on-going process of individualized person-centred planning that includes home supports and participation in the community. Supports and services offer flexibility and evolve along with the individual. Person-centred planning considers the whole of life and, at its core, values the individuals right to genuine inclusion and community participation.
