About this service
LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) classes are now being offered at the Regina Immigrant Women Learning Centre!
- LINC Classes are free English classes are funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
- CLB levels 1, 2, 3, and 4
- Classes are available all weekdays, during daytime hours
- Free childcare for children aged 19 months to 6 years
To be eligible for classes you must:
- Be a Permanent Resident
- Have a current English assessment provided by LARC
