About this service
This program provides English classes aimed towards clients who want to improve their English language and literacy skills for the workplace. This is a 4 week, full-time certificate program that focuses on four modules that help clients with their English language skills while preparing them for the Workplace
The Modules included are:
- Week 1: Canadian Workplace Communication and Workplace culture
- Week 2: Computer skills, resumes and job search skills
- Week 3: Computer skills, cover letters and interviewing skills
- Week 4: Canadian Health and Safety, and Labour Laws and Standards
Eligibility
- 18 years of age or older
- Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents, and Temporary Residents
- CLB levels 4 and higher
Who can use it?
Adult Canadian citizens, permanent residents or temporary residents, CLB level 4 or higher
