About this service
Community Mental Health Nurses work with clients in the community who have experienced a significant loss of social functioning due to a mental health disorder. They coordinate the range of services required to maximize the clients level of functioning. In addition, a support group is provided to family members of individuals diagnosed with a mental illness.
