About this service
The program exclusively provides temporary emergency care to youth awaiting placement, and is not part of the Ranch Ehrlo residential treatment intake.
Ranch Ehrlo provides emergency receiving services on a short-term basis up to 30 days to provide a safe place for children to live while the Ministry of Social Services develops a plan.
Youth coming into the Emergency Receiving Services Program in the southern area of the province will live in Rorison House or Kenyon House at the Pilot Butte campus. In the northern area, they will live in Flegal House on the Buckland campus. All homes can house six youth.
