About this service
The family-based treatment home is a type of treatment foster care home run by foster parents and supported by in-home child and youth care workers. Ranch Ehrlo provides a home and vehicle for families to use. The child and youth care workers will be employed by Ranch Ehrlo and will rotate in and out of the home, providing support. Families will also have access to Ranch Ehrlos assessment and therapeutic services.
Our Treatment Foster Care program is a specialized, accredited foster care service. According to our foster parent survey results, one of the greatest strengths of our program is the level of support provided to families and children. All foster families have access to all of Ranch Ehrlos assessment and therapeutic services, 24/7 on call support, and respite and in-home supports.
The programs are a partnership between Ranch Ehrlo and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services.
