Keyanow Child and Family Centre Inc.

Keyanow Child and Family Centre Inc. is a First Nations operated agency that provides child and family services to on-reserve residents from Lucky Man, Little Pine and Poundmaker Cree Nation with population ranging from 750 to 1000 people per First Nation, excluding Lucky Man First Nation. Keyanow CFC is based in the urban Centre of North Battleford; this agency operates under the direction of a Board of Directors, which is guided by the Chiefs of each Community and one-voting Elder selected by the Chairperson.

Keyanow CFC overall focus of the agency is on prevention and healing and the primary mandate is to ensure protection of children. Here are the following services, currently available through our agency: Child Protection, Prevention Services, Foster Parent Training, Promotional Community Committees, and Cultural Programming.
