About this service
I host two types of therapeutic support groups:
Caregiver support group - these groups consist of family members of someone living with a disability or chronic health condition who want to share experiences with others in the same position and work on developing coping skills to manage family caregiving responsibilities and reduce caregiver burnout.
Chronic condition support group - these groups are for individuals who are living with a disability or chronic health condition and are seeking support from others who are going through similar things.
Groups meet virtually via the NousTalk platform. Sessions are 1 hour long and meet once weekly.
If you are interested in joining a group, contact me or check the booking calendar for the current schedule. Group participation is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
Group fees = $20 per week
