About this service

Family Violence Outreach Services offers emotional and practical support, referral services, and advocacy to assist women who are experiencing an abusive relationship and have chosen to pursue a safer, healthier and more secure lifestyle for themselves and their children.

Referrals for this program are accepted through Interval Home Emergency Shelter, Dol-Mar Manor (Second Stage), the general community or from community agencies.

Outreach Services are offered both in-person and by phone. The Outreach workers will assist women to identify and connect with the resources necessary to realize their goals and move toward a healthier lifestyle.

Outreach Services empowers women to recognize that they are not alone and help is available. These services are confidential and free of charge.
