Life Switch Coaching & Counselling began in Estevan, Sk as a full-service counselling practice to individuals, couples, and families in 2007. It functioned for two years in Estevan, then moved to Alberta for the next four years, moving back again to Estevan in 2013.

Life Switch is owned and operated by Geri Holmes. Here are some facts about Geri:

Geri has devoted her life to helping people live better lives. Beginning in her teen years, Geri volunteered and served families in children and youth programs, womens programs, counselling, teaching groups and classes as well as equipping leaders, and organizing and hosting events for children and families.

Geri brings a wide range of life experiences to her counselling and coaching ministry including:

over 4000 hours of counselling experience
