The Center Multi-services Le Complice is a community organization that was established in 1998, so for 20 years. It serves the territory of La Source, which includes: Charlesbourg, Lac Saint-Charles, Lac-Beauport, Stoneham, Tewkesbury and Lac-Delage. We offer adapted support, with a comprehensive, non-stigmatizing approach, so that people from 16 to 30 years old gradually acquire the power to act on their lives and within the community.
