Work Growth - Skills Training

It is a training program for a semi-skilled trade combining educational activities, concrete experimentation in a work environment and a support service.

This service component is intended for people who have been absent from the labor market for a long time and wish to engage in a training process with a view to entering the labor market.

The training includes:

• A preliminary training of 6 weeks "Choice of a profession"
• Support in finding an internship environment likely to provide the opportunity to achieve the required learning
• Negotiation of accommodation measures by the trainer
• A 22-week internship** in a company.
• A training centered on the "Management of interactions at work" offered weekly, throughout the internship, This is an opportunity for supervision that promotes contacts and mutual aid between students;
• The availability of an accompaniment adapted to the needs and support in the management of stress and anxiety.
