Work Growth - Individual Placement

This is another part of the Croissance Travail program of activities accessible to participants wishing to validate the skills acquired in the context of group activities. The individual placement reception centers offer diversified opportunities adapted to the interests, abilities and specific needs of each individual.

Through individual placement, some people want to use what they have learned in the context of a voluntary work activity suited to their interests and abilities. For others, the experience is aimed at consolidating prior learning before going back to school or entering the job market.

The participant can register for it on a weekly basis of two, three or four days, depending on his integration project.
